How it works

    Fill out the form

    Tell us what you need, what it's for in your business, a rough budget and timeline. The more you tell us about who will use the device and how, the more precise our answer can be.

    We reply within 2 working days

    Usually by email: whether the project is feasible and a price range. For complex projects where a conversation genuinely helps, we'll offer a short 15 to 20 minute call. A call is never a required first step.

  3. 03

    Design and prototype

    Once the offer is accepted and the deposit paid, we start designing. We keep you updated along the way, so changes can be made early. For larger projects we first hand over a prototype for approval.

  4. 04

    Build and delivery

    We build the device, test it and hand it over with instructions, with a 12-month guarantee that it works.
